Since
the villa has 2 storey with different kitchen and launch upstairs and
downstairs, this can be use to hospitalize 2 relative families offering
the same time privacy between them. Of course the villa is always rented
in same group as this consider one villa.

Private swimming pool 4x8 meters ceramic tiled with Roman steps in the
shallow end (in
the corner inward)
and ladder to the deep end.

any No. of units prior or when you arrive at the villa.

Parking:
There is an ample off-street parking in the both sides of the building
for total 4 cars

Direction to the villa:
- From Paphos
Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T'
junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and
drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to
Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a Roundabout. At
the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis. At about
30km from Paphos following the signs you will arrive to Giolou village.
Just after the escape lane in the beginning of the village you will see a road turning to the
left towards the village and a small sign of our villa (Aloni villa),
then follow this direction for 1km to reach the villa. The owner
will be there waiting for you.!
- From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way
you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.

are for 1-10 persons occupancy.
- 2
additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 12 for a
fee of 10.00 CYP per day per person. For those additional
persons we may supply cots on request.
- The prices
above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.

Booking
Policy:
-
A
non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of
firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival time is
more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa
for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you
may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other
20% to be paid 3 months before
arrival.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Credit card
(Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
- Banks
transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
- Western union.
The
balance can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the
villa:
- By cash in
local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travellers
checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for
this villa we don't accept balance payment by card
