Private swimming pool with sea view, dimensions: 4x8m
kidney shape
with ladder in the shallow end, also 7 sun-beds and
3 umbrellas.
We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days
or when necessary. |

The pool can be heated
up to
28-30 degrees Celsius so you can enjoy the
swimming at the pool even the cold days of the winter. The
heating of the swimming pool (optional)

There is
a common and private balconies for the bedroom upstairs overlooking the
pool and sea. In addition there is a big veranda in the front of the pool
for the the downstairs bedroom. Barbeque:
There is a professional BBQ
in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat
using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla".
For that there is the appropriate equipments.

Directions
to the Villa:
- From
Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T'
junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and
drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to
Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the
roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous. You will
arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward to the
next village of Argaka, then next village of Agia
Marina Chrysochous. From the beginning of the village in a distance of
2km you will see the Church of Ayia Marina located in the right side of
this main road you drive. Just 50 meters before the church turn right to
the road (there is a sign 'Chariana villas'). In about 300m from
this point you will find the primary school in the left side of the
road, you will continue straight for another 200m where you will
find the 'Chariana villas' on the left side of this road (there is also
a sign). The owner will be there waiting for you.!

From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor
way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as
above.

Note
for Rental rates
- Prices
are for 1-8 persons occupancy.

Booking
Policy:
-
A
non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of
firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival time is
more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa
for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you
may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other
20% to be paid 3 months before
arrival.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Banks
transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).

Credit card (visa, master card and Diners club)
- Western union.
The balance can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the
villa:
- By cash in
local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travellers
checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for
this villa we don't accept balance payment by card
Special discount

If the 70%
balance amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank's
transfer (optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
- If
you wish to pay the full amount by bank's
transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a
5% discount in this full amount.
