Luxury 3 bedroom Villa with private swimming pool and facilities for the disabled, situated 200 meters from the beach in Paphos district area - Polis Chrysochous.

Swimming Pool:
Luxury swimming pool 5x10 meters, 4 wooden sun beds , 3 Sun-Umbrellas, Wooden garden  table with 6 chairs.

• The pool has 2 Stairs: With Roman steps to the shallow end, suitable for the disabled and a ladder to the deep end.
• Safety: The whole area of the pool is enclosed by 1m high railing with gates suitable for wheel chair access. This feature makes the villa safe for families with small children.
•   Heated Pool: We have establish a boiler for warming up the water of the swimming pool (up to 30 degrees Celsius) , so now the pool with warm water is suitable for swimming even on the cold days of the winter. The heating of the swimming pool is optional and charged extra as follows:  100 Euro per day  from November - March, and 60 Euro per day from April - October.    Note:  The above price is for 5 days min. We may quarantine this facility will operate satisfactory assuming that you keep the cover on top at night and generally keep the pool covered anytime you don't using it. Covering the pool it's very important for the good operation of the water heating

Air-conditioners & Heating

• There are 6 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating for all areas of the Villa.
• Those are distributed: 1 in each bedroom (total 3), 2 on lounge, dining room and kitchen area, and 1 in the 2nd kitchen and corridor upstairs.
• The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit.
• You may select on request any no. of units when you arrive at the villa.

Linen and Towels:
Provided once a week.

• In each bedroom there are: 1 king size bed and 1   3'6'' bed.
• Also there is a  sofa bed at lounge area.
• 2 cots can be supplied on request.
• The villa can sleep 9 people in comfort and a maximum of 12.

• All 3 bedroom have an-suite facilities with razor plug and bell button for emergency's.
• The 2 upstairs have WC, wash basin and bath with shower attachment.
• the downstairs en-suite has a shower cubicle instead of bath (as this is easier for the disabled to use).
• In addition there is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

Balcony or verandas for each bedroom
Every bedroom has it's own private balcony or veranda, all equipped with wooden table and 3 chairs.

Large Balcony upstairs:
There is a sea-view  balcony upstairs which is common for all of guests of villa, equipped with wooden table and 4 chairs.

• There are also 2 ground floor verandas, one outside the kitchen with mountain view and the other outside the lounge with sea view. 
• The big wooden table on the BarBQ terrace can easily be transferred to either of the ground floor verandas to suite your needs.

• 3 Emergency lights covers all the stairs, exits and main area of the villa in case of electricity failure.
• 2 ramps for wheel Chairs (in the main entrance and from the veranda of bedroom downstairs to the swimming pool.)
• For bedroom downstairs there is a shower instead of bath, which is more suitable for the disabled. Inside the bathroom there is Bell-button for Emergency signal.
• There is easy access by wheel chair to all places outside the building, pool and garden.
• Easy access by steps for entering the pool.
• We can provide you rent-wheel chair on request. This (optional) will cost 40.00 CYP for one week and 52.00 CYP for 2 weeks, also
• We can provide you rent-commode shower chair on request. This (optional) will cost 23.00 CYP for one week and 35.00 CYP for 2 weeks.
• Please feel free to ask or suggest anything that you think will make your staying at the villa more comfortable.

Important Notes:

• The operation (optional) of the computer & internet connection will be charged at the rate of  2.00 CYP per hour  (accepting coins of 50 Cents for every 15 minutes)
• If you want to connect your own laptop to our tel. line for internet connection this will be available with the additional cost of  10.00 CYP per day
•  For safety reasons no any data will be stored to our hard drive protecting your privacy and also our machine from viruses. (A special program will deleting all the data after the computer is shutting down)
• In order to save your work please store your data prior you shut down the computer using removable medias (as floppy disks, Cds, DVDs, flash cards, memories sticks...)
• The printer will be for limited use only, if you want to make extended use will need to replace the cartridges or pay the equivalent. (You may buy your own cartridge for unlimited use)

A Professional BBQ is been established in the outside area of the villa. There you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that we have all the machineries and equipments.

Outside - garden: There is ample parking at the villa which is set in attractive gardens with olive and fruit trees. The pool area is secluded and yet has views of the sea and mountains. As well as the ground floor veranda's there is a terrace with a professional BarBQ where you can grill your meat over the hot charcoal. Alternative there is all the machinery and equipment to make our traditional "Cyprus Souvla".

Local Activities: Swimming, fishing in the sea or local dam, walking, Cycling, golf, water sports, local boat-cruises.

Local Interest: Akamas Peninsula, Bath of Aphrodite (Goddess  Venus), Latchi and Polis tourist attraction, Latsi &  Pomos fishing harbors.

• Pomos village/ harbour or Ayia Marina village - 3 minutes

Directions to the Villa: 

• From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1 km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the  motorway you will find a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis Chrysochous.  You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn right and drive Eastward. You  will find the consecutive villages by the coast road: Argaka, Ayia Marina, Then Nea Dhimmata (about 12 minutes from Polis). After the End of Nea Dhimmata village in the main road about 200 meters you will find a wooden sign of <MARILENA SUNSET VILLA>, showing you to turn right. The Villa is about 100m from the main road. Someone will be there waiting for you!
• From Larnaca Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as above.

Note for Rental rates

• Prices are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
• 6 additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 12 for a fee of 10.00 CYP per day per person.
• The prices above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
• Air-condition use (optional) charged 3.00 Pounds per day, per unit. (Air-conditioners are equipped  with automatic electric limit switches on windows and outside doors, controlling the normal operation of the units for more economy and best performance).
• The heating of the swimming pool is optional and charged extra as follows:  35.00 CYP per day from November - March, and 28.00 CYP per day from April - October.

Booking Policy:

• A non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm  reservation to 'secure' the reservation. 
• If the arrival time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation  and the other 20% to be paid 3 months before arrival. 

   You can send the deposit by:

• Credit card (Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
• Banks transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
• Western union.

The balance is required to be paid the first or second day of arrival at the villa by cash only.

Special discount:

• If the 70% balance amount will be paid paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer (optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
• If you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 5% discount in this full amount.
