Paphos Cyprus
Our
villa has 3 bedrooms with private swimming pool,
and it's secluded situated
beside the
mountain among the pine trees.

| Location:
Paphos district area, near Polis. The villa is situated in the coastal
village of Argaka with panoramic view to the sea 1500m from the beach.

| Swimming
Pool:
Private swimming pool 5x10m with 2 stairs, also 6 sun-beds and 4 umbrellas.
We take care at the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days
or when necessary. |

Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and
1 downstairs. Upstairs bedrooms each have 2 single beds and the downstairs bedroom has
a double bed.

- There are 3 Air-Conditioning units for cooling and heating
distributed in each bedroom.
- The use of
Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are charged extra with the
additional cost of 2.50 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit.
- You may select any no. of units when you arrive at the villa.

A fully equipped kitchen makes the villa more operational. Detailed

There are sea view and
mountain view balconies
and verandas accessed by any bedroom. The garden area and swimming
pool has sea and mountain views.

Barbeque:
There is a BBQ in the
outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat using
charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For
that there is the appropriate equipments.

Directions
to the Villa:
- From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until
you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about 1
km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use
the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find
a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis
Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn
right and drive Eastward to the next village of Argaka. About 500m
from the beginning of the village you will see a sign to your right
side "(Pano)
Argaka" leading to the mountain. You follow this road for 2 km
until you reach the Primary school (we have a directional sign
here) then you follow the road to the right leading to the mountain (Demitri
Papamiltiadou avenue) and continue until you pass the last house of this road. Our villa is
the last building about 1 km from the primary school in the mountain direction. The picture to the right
will help you. The owner will be there
waiting for you.!
- From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor
way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as
above.

Note
for Rental rates
- Prices
are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
- 2-3
additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 9 for a
fee of 10.00 CYP per day per person. For those additional
persons we may supply cots on request.
- The prices
above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.

Air-condition use (optional) charged 2.50 Pounds per day, per unit.
Booking
Policy:
-
A
non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of
firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival time is
more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent the villa
for 14 days or more instead of the 30% deposit, you
may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation and the other
20% to be paid 3 months before
arrival.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Credit card
(Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
- Banks
transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
- Western union.
The balance can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the
villa:
- By cash in
local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travellers
checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for
this villa we don't accept balance payment by card
Special discount

If the 70% balance
amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer (optional)
you have a 5% discount in that amount.
- If
you wish to pay the full amount by bank's transfer from
the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a 5% discount in this
full amount.
