The villas are near by each other (30 meters) but of course private &
separated not sharing any spaces between each other. |

Each villa have it's own private
swimming pool 4x8 meters (Mythos have a 'Kidney' shape and Oleastro have rectangular shape) both overlooking the Coral bay sea.
Around of each swimming pool
there are also 8 sun beds, 2
umbrellas and table with 8 chairs. |

The lounge area each of the villas are overlooking the pool and coral bay area and have:
1 armchair, 1 double & 1 triple sofas and coffee tables.
Entertainment:
In the sofa area there are also a TV 20" with SAT SKY channels
(The SKY TV will be charged extra 5.00 CYP per day) |

viewing to the sea.

Direction to the villa
From Paphos airport to Coral Bay & Peyia (Pegia) area:
On leaving the
airport car park turn left and continue along this road for approx. 4km
(the sea will be on your right). You will reach a 'T' junction, turn
left here following the signs to Paphos. Continue along this road for
approx. 10km, passing through the village of Achelia and Coloni and
Yeroskipou (Geroskipou).
You will come to a large roundabout, take
the 2nd exit following signs for Paphos town. Pass through the traffic
lights, these are pedestrian crossing lights near Orphanides
supermarket. Pass through the 2nd set of traffic lights and you will
pass the Archaeological Museum to your right. continue along this road,
you are now in upper Paphos. At the next set of traffic lights you
will see the Police station to your right, bear left at these lights
going downhill. This is the Gladstonos street. At the traffic lights at
the end of this street bear left again. Pass through the next set of
lights and continue along until the next traffic lights. At these lights
turn right following signs for the 'Tombs of the Kings' and Coral Bay.
You re now on 'Taffoi ton Vasileon' (Tombs of the kings' road)
Continuing along this road you will pass many
hotels bars and restaurants and the sea will be to your left. You will
pass through 2 sets of traffic lights and shortly after the 2nd set you
will see the JMC Paphian Sun Complex to your left and the Crazy spoon
Restaurant/snooker Hall to your right. the road starts to go downhill
and to your left you will see the Karaolis fish tavern, you will now
following the coastline for approx. 1.5 km. You are now in Coral Bay/
Peyia area from the beginning of the Tombs of the Kings road until here
is aprox.11.5 km.
The plan to the right will be also helpful to you when
you are in the close area. |

Note for Rental rates for each villa
- Prices are
for 1- 8 persons occupancy.

additional person can be accommodated up to maximum of
8 for a fee of 15.00 CYP per day per
person. For those additional persons we may supply cots on
request.
- The prices
above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.
- SKY SAT TV
(optional) is charged extra= 5.00 CYP per day
- Air-condition
use (optional) charged 3.00 Pounds per
day, per unit. (you may decide for that on
arrival)

Booking
Policy:
- A non
refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at
the time of firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival
time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will
rent the villa for 14 days or more instead of the 30%
deposit, you may alternative pay 10% at the time of
reservation and the other 20% to be paid 3 months before
arrival.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Banks transfer
(for that we can sent you our banks Account).

Credit card (visa,
master card and Diners club)
- Western union.
The balance
can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the villa:
- By cash in
local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travellers
checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for
this villa we don't accept balance payment by card
Special discount

If the 70% balance
amount will be paid 3 months before arrival by bank's transfer
(optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
- If
you wish to pay the full amount by bank's
transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you
a 5% discount in this full amount.
