The 'Paradise villa'
is a beautiful & secluded 4* bedrooms/2 bathrooms 2 storey villa in a quiet area of
Pomos, near Polis
in Paphos district area in Cyprus.
This villa is located near the sea and mountain and have panoramic sea
view, is ideal for people want to relax away from noisy cities.
The villa can sleep normally up to 8 people
*The villa is
available on request (optional) as a 5 bedrooms (by adding at the
villa's accommodation a Studio room with bathroom & kitchen with the
additional cost of 342.00 Euro per week |

Swimming
Pool:
Private swimming pool with panoramic sea view, dimensions 5x10 meters with
2 ladders.
There are available 8 sun-beds and 3 umbrellas.
We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days
or when necessary. |

tables. Fire place:
A fire place (working with woods) is located in the lounge area
and you may use it in the winter for heating

Air-conditioning / Heating units
The villa have 4 Air-Conditioning/Heating units (one in each
bedrooms) . The use of Air-conditioning/heating units (optional) are
charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day per
unit paid locally and you may select any number of units.

Directions
to the Villa:
- From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until
you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1
km turn right and drive North, then after about 1 km turn left to use
the motorway to Paphos. At the end of the motorway you will find
a Roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit direction to Polis
Chrysochous. You will arrive Polis in 25 min. From Polis turn
right and drive Eastward, then you will find the
consecutive village of Argaka, Ayia Marina,
Nea Dhimmata and Pomos. Just before 200m from the entrance of
Pomos to your right site (20 meters after the paradise restaurant
towards mountain) you can see our sign in the right site of the road, the villa is
about 100m from
the main road. (Please no not be confused since there is another villa
with similar name (villa Paradiso) in your left site as you are coming,
IT'S NOT THIS ONE. (Please note that there is a 2nd road to the villa,
this is about 100m before the paradise restaurant to the right site of
the road.)
- From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then about 45 km to Paphos town where in the end of motor
way you will find a Roundabout. Then follow the same instructions as
above.

Useful notes for
the customers:
- Signal for TV Local channels is very week so local channels
probably will not have good performance.
- Mobile phone signal is also week in the villas area, so mobile
phones will not work at all in this area or will work with low
performance. (in Pomos village in 2 minutes drive mobiles have full
signal)
- Downstairs of the villa there is a detached Studio room which will be
used sometimes by the villas owners. From this room the villa's pool is
not overlooked (since it's separate lower level) and of course the
owners (if present) will be respects the customers privacy. |

Note for Rental rates:
- Prices are for 1-
8 persons
occupancy.
- 1 additional
person can be accommodated for a fee of 10.00 CYP
per person per
day.

local taxes and expenses of the villa.

charged 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day, per unit.

Booking
Policy:
- A non refundable
deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of firm
reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
- If the arrival
time is more than 3 months from booking time and you will rent
the villa for at least 14 days instead of the 30% deposit, you
may alternative pay 10% at the time of reservation and
the other 20% to be paid 3 months before arrival.
You
can send the deposit by:
- Credit card (Master Card, Diners
Club ,visa).
- Banks transfer (for that we can
sent you our banks Account).
- Western union.

The
balance is required to be paid on arrival at the villa:
- By cash in local currency or
equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travelers checks in Euro, US
dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for this villa we
don't accept balance payment by card
